At WebToRevenue, we value transparency and fairness in all of our business relationships. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Service-Based Nature of Work

WebToRevenue provides custom, service-based solutions including web design, development, and digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Local SEO, and lead generation strategies). Because every project is tailored to each client, most of our work is non-refundable once it begins.

2. Project Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit or initial payment is typically required to start a project.
  • This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time spent on planning, research, and initial setup.
  • Remaining balances are invoiced according to the agreed payment schedule.

3. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Before any work begins — You may request a cancellation and receive a full refund of any amount paid, minus payment processing fees (if applicable).
  • After work has started — You may cancel at any time, but payments made are non-refundable. Any unpaid balance for completed work will still be due.

4. Monthly Marketing Services

For monthly services such as ads management or SEO:

  • You may cancel future months at any time with at least 14 days written notice before your next billing cycle.
  • Payments already processed for the current month are non-refundable.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Services have not yet started.
  • We fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables and no reasonable solution is found.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@webtorevenue.com.

6. Campaign Ad Spend

If you run paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google or Facebook Ads) through WebToRevenue:

  • Ad spend is billed directly by the ad platform and is not refundable by us.
  • We only manage and optimize the campaigns — we cannot refund amounts paid to third-party platforms.
