3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments must be made according to the terms of your invoice or proposal.
  • A deposit or initial payment may be required to start work and is non-refundable once work begins.
  • For recurring services (ads management, SEO), you will be billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may pause or delay services.

4. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, including access to accounts (e.g., website, analytics, ad platforms).
  • Approve creative materials or campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you own or have permission to use any content you supply to us.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final creative work delivered (such as website design, ad graphics, copy).
  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
  • Tools, templates, or frameworks we use to create your deliverables remain our property.

6. Ad Spend & Third-Party Platforms

  • Advertising budgets for platforms like Google or Facebook are billed directly to your accounts unless stated otherwise.
  • We cannot control the performance, policies, or pricing of third-party platforms.
  • Ad spend paid to third parties is non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat your business information as confidential and will not share it without your permission, except when required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific sales or revenue outcomes. Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the past three months.

9. Termination

Either party may end services with written notice.

  • If you cancel after work has started, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Outstanding balances for work performed remain due.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in services or law. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
